DISPLAY

Retailer agrees to display art & products in a professional manner that maximizes impact of the product line.

PRICING

The Retailer agrees to not sell merchandise below suggested retail price. Any discounted sales must first be approved by Seller. The Retailer also agrees to mark up prices no more than 15% above MSRP unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

PAYMENT TERMS

For payment by check, payment terms for Retailer are NET 30 from the date of order shipment.

For payment by Credit Card, payment terms for Retailer are NET 10 from the date of order shipment.

Please confirm whether you wish to pay by check or by credit card.

SIGNAGE

Retailer will prominently display 11x14 “About the Artist” print near proximity of Nick Kuchar’s artwork.

SHIPPING & TAXES

Seller is responsible for packaging wholesale shipments to Retailer. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of retailer.

TITLE/RISK OF LOSS

Title to and risk of loss of goods shall pass to Retailer upon delivery of shipment. Retailer has seven days to inspect goods for damages and notify Seller to be granted a replacement of damaged goods. Seller does not offer returns or credit on goods after seven days.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Retailer shall obtain no right, title or interest in or to any of the proprietary rights of the Seller regarding trademark, logos, copyrights and patents owned.
